We have been getting calls from this same number. They average 3-4 each day. The calls come in as late as 11:00PM. They have been going on for an entire month now. Like everyone else there are no messages ever left on the recorder and when you pick up the phone, no one is there. Our only connection with Ft. Lauderdale, Florida is that we were recently ripped off by 2 unscrupulous Bahamian real estate agents and the attorney that works with them. At least one of the scam real estate agents also has a business mailing address in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida (her first name is Lanelle). Coincidentally, we also just started getting junk mail (via snail-mail) offering time shares in the Bahamas--the return mailing address is Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

I get the calls to for 4 days in a row now. My # is a DE area code. I am just glad to see I am not the only one. It is soooo annoying.

I tired with this number (954-642-9266) I have been getting calls 3 times a day some Times more I am working In Big Hospital and this number disturbes me. I can't lock my phone I have Family. It is not fun it is crime! From Seattle

Just got this number calling me (I am in So Cal) like others - no one there - BUT i won't call back numbers like that - I simply will save it as contact with name listed as NO ANSWER - than when they call again, I don't answer....HAVE A FANTASTIC DAY! ! !

same thing happen 2 u once a day weekends also wont say anything. voice mail fuul then got tru an they called back n 4 hrs an said nothing.

I've been getting calls from this area code too, most times they don't answer but recently I got someone who asked for a Veronica or something. They claim that this person had a credit of 4-500 dollars for a vacation. I put the supervisor on the phone and told him that I wanted the calls to stop, but he just explained that the previous person had left them with this number. I've also seen complaints about this number on other websites, sometimes they are pranks of a sexual nature. No way to stop them though.

I am going to contact my attorney tomorrow and see if they can track down who this is. Then I will have them send a letter -- if it is a Time share company...that should put a stop to it. :-)

i just got this call , i looked it up and it said ft lauderdale, i call and it says this mail box is full, so weird others are getting this call from all over the us. thanks for letting me vent

I get this number calling my cell phone all the time; I think I know what it is. I was in Florida as well. I went to a time share. Did anyone attend a time share? I think my number got sold and it is telemarketers from Florida.

We have a answering machine. So when I don't know the area code on my phone I don't answer. But, there is never a message on our answering machine. I think it is just telemarketers calling.

Calls happen at all times. In the AM, PM, and at 11:00 PM. Woke us at night. I can't get anyone to answer, and nobody answers when I pick up. This has been going on for over 2 months. I called cell carrier and police. no way to block. Calls come from Pocino, Florida on a landline.
