yes. they call me labout 5 times a day for a few days.. stop for a couple weeks and do the whole process again. Is there anyway to block numbers?

This number has called me for the last week and a half and when I call back I get a busy signal or they pic-up and rehook the hand piece

This number has called me twice today but when I pickup the call disconnects. I try to call the number back but always get busy signal.
